Brief
We meet your team at the venue. We learn the brand standard, the surfaces, the protocols, the rhythms. We document them in a brief that follows the team to the floor.

Match
Every staff member is matched against the brief — language, induction history, prior placements, certifications. No generalists.

Induct
Site induction before first shift. For maisons that require it (Tiffany & Co, Cartier, Louis Vuitton) we hold the certificate and renew on schedule.

Supervise
A regional supervisor owns your account end-to-end. They are on-site for openings, launches, and any incident that requires attention.

Report
Every shift, every incident, every hour — visible in your client portal. Monthly performance review with your account lead.
Inductions, certifications, and the paperwork that protects your brand.
We hold every staff member's RSA, police check, working-with-children check where relevant, and brand-specific induction. The roster system blocks a placement when any document is expired. You see the same evidence we do.
